Internet Explorer cannot reach Test Center

Due to some recent hacker activity a change was made by many internet hosting providers (the people that provide these web sites) to protect your data as you use your web browser. These changes, which were beyond our control, made some default settings of Internet Explorer not work as you try to access secure web sites like Growing Up With Us.

Internet Explorer 11 with default settings should work fine on our site as will other major browsers (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari). However, previous version of Internet Explorer will need a small change in its configuration settings to work with our site. Below are the instructions to make the necessary change:

open or start Internet Explorer (IE)
click on Tools
Internet Options
scroll down a long list of things to Use TLS 1.0 > UNCHECK that box
then check:

  • Use TLS 1.1
  • Use TLS 1.2
then you must click the APPLY button
then close IE
open IE
enter this address:
click on Test Center link

These actions should render the Test Center as you have in the past.

  • On-Line Testing Center
  • Contact Hours
